At LPBLace LMS, we are committed to providing high-quality courses and learning experiences. This Refund & Return Policy explains the terms and conditions for refunds, returns, and cancellations for our courses and services.

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Course Not Started: Refund requests are eligible within 7 days of enrollment if the course has not been accessed.

  • Technical Issues: Refunds may be considered if technical issues prevent access to course materials and are not resolved after support attempts.

  • Duplicate Enrollment: If a student accidentally enrolls in the same course multiple times, a refund can be issued for duplicate payments.

Note: Refunds are not available if the student has accessed the course content beyond the trial period or has completed significant portions of the course.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team at support@lpblace.com within the refund eligibility period.

  2. Include your enrollment details and reason for the refund request.

  3. Our team will review the request and respond within 5-7 business days.

  4. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Courses already accessed beyond the trial period

  • Services or products purchased through third-party platforms

  • Discounts, coupons, or promotional offers

  • Certificates already issued

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Students may cancel a course within 24 hours of enrollment for a full refund if the course has not been accessed.

  • After this period, refunds will follow the eligibility rules above.

5. Changes to Courses

We reserve the right to update or modify courses at any time.
If a course is discontinued, students who have enrolled and paid but not started the course may request a full refund.
